All in stock items will be shipped within 24 Hours on receipt of cleared payment.
* All domestic shipments will be shipped via Canada post or FedEx, insured with tracking confirmation, unless a different shipping carrier is required due the size or weight of the package.
* All International shipments (Outside the United States) will be shipped via Canada post International insured mail. Canada post provides minimal insurance coverage for International shipments, additional insurance can be purchased. Shipments to USA will be shipped via Canada post expedited parcel with tracking info.
* Although our domestic orders generally do not take more than 6-7 days to arrive, International orders 12-14 days, please allow additional time during the Holidays for delivery. Cannot be responsible for delays in shipping due to weather or clearing International Customs.
* In the instance that a particular item that is ordered is "out of stock" we will notify you of the status of your order and present options for substitution, a refund, or new status of when your item should arrive.
