SPYDERCO BALANCE SPRINT RUN FRAME LOCK FOLDING KNIFE 1.98" CPM-SPY27 SATIN PLAIN BLADE, COBALT BLUE G10 AND STAINLESS STEEL HANDLES – C141GPCBL
Perfect balance in a pocket-sized Sprint Run from Ed Schempp.
Designed by custom knifemaker Ed Schempp, the appropriately named Balance is a study in symmetry. Closed, it is a compact expression of perfect equilibrium. Open, it is an amazingly ergonomic tool that cuts with the authority of a much larger knife. Back as a limited-edition Sprint Run model after its 2010 debut and later discontinuation.
Its downturned blade is full-flat ground from Spyderco’s proprietary CPM-SPY27 stainless steel and includes a generous index-finger choil for exceptional control. The satin-finished blade is paired with a unique handle: a stainless steel scale on one side, precision machined into a sturdy Reeve Integral Lock, and a stainless liner with a cobalt blue peel-ply-textured G10 scale on the other — one of the signature hues of the CPM-SPY27 family. Both scales mount a reversible stainless steel pocket clip for left or right-side tip-up carry.
