SECTION 2 - ACCURACY OF PRODUCT DETAILS & PRICING

  • Product Representation: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, dimensions, and steel finishes of our products. However, due to variations in digital displays and manufacturing batches, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.
  • Price Adjustments: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product without notice.
  • Errors and Omissions: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect shipping parameters due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that item, even if the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If charged, we will immediately issue a full refund.

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to research, understand, and comply with all local, provincial, and federal laws regarding the ownership, carry, transport, and concealment of any item purchased from S&R Knives Inc.

S&R Knives Inc., our directors, officers, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any products procured using our service.

  • Assumption of Risk: Knives and cutting tools are inherently dangerous instruments. By purchasing from us, the buyer explicitly assumes all risk of bodily injury, property damage, or wrongful death resulting from the use, handling, storage, profiling, misuse, or abuse of any knife or tool purchased from our store.

 

SECTION 6 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal actions or disputes arising from transactions with S&R Knives Inc. must be filed and settled in the courts of Ontario.
