S&R KNIVES INC. – SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with S&R Knives Inc. We work hard to process and deliver your orders safely and efficiently across Canada. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

1. Processing Times

• All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday.
• Please Note: While our physical retail storefront is closed to the public on Mondays and Tuesdays, our online fulfillment team still packages and ships web orders on these days.
• Holidays: We do not ship on Ontario statutory holidays, as postal services and couriers do not provide pickup services on these dates. Orders placed over long weekends will be processed on the next available business day.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Exclusions

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed dynamically at checkout based on package weight and destination.

• Free Shipping Promotion: We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders over $130 CAD, provided the items are regular price.
• Sale & Discounted Items Exclusion: Sale, clearance, and discounted items are strictly excluded from free shipping promotions, regardless of total cart value. Even if your total order value exceeds $130 CAD, if a discounted or sale item is present in your shopping cart, standard calculated shipping rates will apply to the entire order at checkout.

 

3. 🔞 Mandatory Age Verification & Delivery

• By purchasing from S&R Knives Inc., you certify that you are of legal adult age (19+) to purchase blades in your province or territory.
• All knife shipments are automatically dispatched with an "Adult Signature Required" (19+) instruction. The courier will verify your government-issued photo ID upon delivery.
• If you are not home or fail to provide a valid photo ID, the package will be held at your local courier depot for pickup. If a package is returned to us because of failed age verification or failure to collect the item from the depot, original shipping fees are non-refundable and a $25 CAD return-to-sender fee will apply.

 

4. Damages & Lost Packages

S&R Knives Inc. insures our shipments to protect your purchase. We are not directly liable for products damaged or lost during transit by the carrier, but we will help you fix it:

• If you receive your order damaged, save all packaging materials and damaged goods, take clear photographs, and contact us immediately at info@srknives.com. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf to secure a replacement or refund for you.

 

5. P.O. Boxes & Remote Areas

We ship to P.O. Boxes across Canada exclusively via Canada Post. Please note that shipping times to rural, northern, or remote areas (such as parts of Yukon, NWT, and Nunavut) may exceed standard delivery estimates.

 

6. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship to addresses within Canada. We do not offer international shipping through our automated checkout.
