SPYDERCO C264GPBK MICROJIMBO BLACK G10 CPM-S30V MICHAEL JANICH BLACK BLADE FOLDING KNIFE.
Tactical Wharncliffe, pocket-sized. Janich’s Yojimbo, distilled for daily carry.
When Michael Janich designed his first knife for Spyderco nearly 20 years ago, most personal-defense knives had traditional martial blade profiles like spear points, Americanized tantos, and Bowie variations. His first-generation Ronin fixed blade challenged that convention and pioneered the concept of the “tactical Wharncliffe” — a trend that now traces directly back to Janich’s early designs.
The MicroJimbo distills all the key features of Janich’s acclaimed Yojimbo 2 into a smaller, more legally compliant package, with identical critical dimensions including the central “cockpit.” Its 2.45" CPM-S30V Wharncliffe blade features a full-flat grind for enhanced tip strength, supported by a Compression Lock and stainless liners nested in peel-ply G10 scales.
