Heritage Refined. Lightweight Engineered. Built to Endure. The Native, perfected.

The Native 5 Lightweight is the fifth-generation evolution of Spyderco’s iconic Native series, optimized for ultralight carry without sacrificing strength or control. Its full-flat-ground CPM-S30V spear point blade delivers exceptional slicing performance and tip utility. The serrated edge powers through fibrous materials, while CPM-S30V stainless steel offers excellent edge retention and corrosion resistance.

The linerless FRN handle with Bi-Directional Texturing ensures a secure grip in any condition. With a highly refined back lock and four-way clip configuration, this knife is a pocket-sized powerhouse built for everyday excellence. The full-flat grind with its distal taper and swedge boosts slicing efficiency and point strength, and jimping on the thumb ramp and choil adds control. The oversized lanyard hole is ready for fobs or field attachments, and the knife weighs just 2.45 ounces.
