Legal-carry freedom in a featherweight Spyderco SLIPIT folder.

Spyderco’s non-locking, one-hand-open, clip-carry folders are called SLIPITs. Launched in 2004, the UK Penknife was designed for carry in the United Kingdom, where legal restrictions forbade folding knives with locking blades — and this Lightweight version pairs a CTS-BD1N leaf blade with ultra-light, warp-resistant FRN handles.

The blade is held open by a notched joint at the pivot, offering resistance much like a traditional slip-joint penknife. A deep finger choil lets you choke up near the edge with comfort and dexterity, and a tension-wire clip carries the folder deep in the pocket, tip-up and ambidextrously.
